We want you to love your Netflix Shop gear as much as your favorite series, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging if possible, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
